EVENT MANAGEMENT

From Village Fair to the Olypmics all events require planning and management.

The directors of edenfield communications have been involved as organisers of events for many years at both local, district and national importance in locations from the local sports field to internationally know venues.

The Principal Director is also a Member of Association of Project Management. As such he has been responsible for planning and managing projects in IT, Engineering Research and Development, and Building. These have included multi-million pound national projects as well as much smaller projects.

The service/s which we can now offer organisations are

• Advice and consultancy on running events.
• Project Planning for the event preparation.
• Procurement of all facilities required for the event.
• Liason with Local Authorities, Police etc.
• Financial Management of the event.
• Risk assement.
• Supervision of set-up of the event.
• Stage management of the event.
